Fresh Graduate / Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, CNC Programming, or a related field.

Basic understanding of computer systems, and other technologies products.

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Ability to understand and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical manuals, and safety protocols.

Good mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.

A strong command of Mandarin is necessary. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Assist in creating, editing, and optimizing CNC programs for machines.

Support the setup and operation of CNC machines for test runs and production jobs

Interpret technical drawings

Help maintain CNC documentation, setup sheets, and program logs

Observe quality control processes and assist in troubleshooting machining issues

Follow all safety protocols and manufacturing standards

Machine Operation: Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment such machines, injection molding machines, conveyors, or other production machinery to produce high-quality products.

Setup and Calibration: Set up and adjust machinery to the correct specifications for each production run. Ensure equipment is calibrated to ensure smooth operations and product consistency.

Material Handling: Load raw materials into machines, monitor material levels, and ensure the correct materials are used during production.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any minor operational issues. Work with maintenance personnel to address major equipment malfunctions.

Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Wear necessary protective equipment and report any safety hazards or accidents.

Production Monitoring: Monitor the production process to ensure adherence to schedules and targets. Record production data (e.g., quantities, downtime, defects, etc.) and report any discrepancies.

Cleaning & Housekeeping: Ensure the work area and equipment are kept clean and organized. Follow all sanitation and safety protocols for cleanliness and safety on the production floor.
