Responsibilities

  • Attend to walk-in customers professionally.

  • Introduce and promote household and bathroom products.

  • Respond to customer enquiries via various communication channels.

  • Follow up with customers regarding products and sales opportunities.

  • Handle showroom sales and maintain excellent customer service.

  • Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs.

  • Support daily showroom operations and sales activities.
