Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / SPM / 'O' level, Higher Secondary/ STPM / 'A Leavel / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field
Proficiency in English
Computer skills – using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
Team Skills – being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Education/ Teaching/ Training, Linguistics/Languages, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Psychology, Marketing/Public Relations, or equivalent
Minimum of 1 years of working experience
Experienced in training/program/ syllabus development will have an advantage
Good communication, presentation, facilitation and public speaking skills
Converse well in both Bahasa Malaysia and English
Good in navigating Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields (i.e. Telemarketing, Billing, Customer Liaison etc) is an added advantage but not essential
Possess good telephone etiquette with a smiley voice.
Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
