Possess a Diploma in Accounting or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, specifically in Accounts Payable/Receivable and Financial Reporting.

Proficiency in managing accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.

Experience in preparing and analyzing financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, with the ability to apply them effectively in a logistics company setting.

Excellent communication skills, with fluency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and colleagues.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Manage full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Handle accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice verification, payment reconciliation, and collections.

Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, monitoring performance against targets.

Ensure timely and accurate submission of statutory reports, including GST, SST, and income tax returns.

Maintain proper accounting records and documentation, ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and other regulatory bodies as required.

Provide support to the finance team in various accounting and administrative tasks.
