Job Description

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably within interior design, property, or related industries
  • Strong track record in driving revenue and closing high-value deals
  • Experience presenting proposals to developers, agencies, or corporate clients
  • High level of commercial awareness and critical thinking
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and rebuild team mindset
  • Comfortable working in a less structured environment and building systems from scratch
  • Ambitious, results-driven, and resilient under pressure
  • Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage due to frequent interaction with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders

Responsibilities

  1. Sales Leadership & Team Transformation
    • Lead, coach, and restructure the sales team to improve performance, confidence, and accountability
    • Address mindset gaps, especially in value selling and pricing confidence
    • Establish clear sales direction, KPIs, and performance tracking
    • Build a high-performance culture aligned with business growth targets
  2. Revenue Growth & Business Development
    • Drive new business opportunities across developers, agencies, and direct clients
    • Take ownership of high-value deal closures and strategic accounts
    • Strengthen pipeline quality and conversion rates
    • Position the company competitively in the interior design market
  3. Proposal Strategy & Client Presentation
    • Oversee and refine proposal development to ensure strong commercial positioning
    • Lead presentations to developers, agencies, and key stakeholders
    • Elevate proposal quality to reflect premium value and justify pricing strategy
    • Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and value proposition
  4. Market Intelligence & Competitive Strategy
    • Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps, pricing benchmarks, and positioning strategies
    • Translate insights into actionable sales strategies
    • Continuously refine market approach to stay ahead of competitors
  5. Operational & Strategic Execution
    • Implement structured sales processes and reporting systems
    • Work closely with operations and design teams to ensure alignment and delivery
    • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment
