Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 1–5 years of relevant working experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a similar industry. Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in logistics and supply chain segment will be an added advantage.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

• A strong team player with a customer-oriented mindset.

• Possess good problem-solving skills, initiative, and a mature working attitude.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Coordinate and monitor shipment activities, ensuring timely updates are provided to customers regarding shipment status.

• Promote the Company's logistics services and solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, hauliers, forwarding agents, and shipping lines, to ensure smooth shipment execution.

• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and enhance overall customer experience.

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
