Penerangan Kerja

Kelayakan

  • Degree in Administration, Management, Communications, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Secretary, or in a similar role.
  • Well-presented, discreet, mature, and professional demeanor.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities; proactive and resourceful.
  • Excellent command of both Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and communication tools.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel if necessary.

Tanggungjawab

  • Manage and coordinate Director’s daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and reminders to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Accompany the Director for meetings, site visits, business appointments, events, or any official matters when required.
  • Handle confidential documents, reports, emails, and administrative matters professionally and with high confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, clients, vendors, and external parties on behalf of Director.
  • Prepare meeting arrangements, presentation materials, reports, minutes of the meeting, and follow-up tasks assigned by the Director.
  • Assist the Director in travel arrangements, hotel bookings, reservations, and itinerary planning.
  • Monitor and follow up on pending tasks, deadlines, and important matters to ensure timely completion.
  • Handle personal errands, purchasing, and ad-hoc administrative support tasks assigned by the Director
  • Maintain proper filing, documentation, and record management for easy reference and organization.
  • Perform any additional duties or responsibilities assigned by Director or Management from time to time.
