Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, project engineering, application engineering, or industrial equipment sales.
Strong understanding of industrial processes, engineering systems, or capital equipment solutions.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused.

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research.
Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate products or technical solutions.
Deliver compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and technical support during the sales process.
Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and negotiate terms to close deals effectively.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, and after-sales) to ensure successful project delivery.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategy development.
