Our Client specializes in premium car air fresheners and fragrances, offering a range of innovative and stylish scent solutions designed for modern lifestyles. Their products combine Japanese nanotechnology with elegant designs to provide long-lasting, safe, and refreshing aromas for your car and home environments.

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Data Analyst, based in Shah Alam. This role covers IT system implementation, cyber security, automation, and data analysis (not a purely data analysis role). It is suitable for candidates with hands-on technical and system implementation experience.

Position: IT System & Data Analyst (FMCG)

Location: Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, maintain, and secure internal servers (On-Premise)
• Monitor and improve the company network and system security (Cyber Security)
• Lead and support the implementation of internal business systems (e.g., Apps / POS systems)
• Deploy and optimize local AI models (LLM / AI Solutions) while ensuring system stability and data security
• Build and improve automation workflows and processes
• Perform data analysis, reporting, and business data support
• Integrate systems and APIs to improve connectivity and automation
• Provide daily system maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields
• 2–5 years of relevant experience
• Familiar with Python, SQL, automation, and data analysis tools
• Experience with Linux / Windows Server
• Basic knowledge of Cyber Security and AI / LLM
• Experience in system implementation and API integration
• Strong problem-solving and execution skills responsibility

Remuneration packages:
Basic: From RM8,000 - RM12,000 per month

Working Days: Mon to Sat -5.5 days work week (Alternate Sat)
Working Hours: 9:30am - 6:00pm Monday to Friday
9:30am - 1:30pm Saturday

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
