• Strong eye for interior styling, spatial arrangement, and visual aesthetics.

• Proficiency in basic interior photography and photo editing software (e.g., Lightroom, Snapseed, or equivalent).

• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing the logistics of moving parts (contractors, deliveries, and tight deadlines).

• Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or interior styling is an advantage.

• Possess own transportation.

Renovation Handover & Quality Assurance

• Take official handover of units from the renovation contractors on behalf of Manhattan Group.

• Conduct thorough defect inspections (checking paintwork, tiling, electrical, and plumbing) to ensure the unit meets operational standards before setup begins.

• Manage the resolution of any minor defects with the relevant contractors.

Inventory Management & Aesthetic Staging

• Coordinate the delivery and unboxing of all homestay inventory, including furniture, electronics, soft furnishings, and essential amenities.

• Stage the unit meticulously to align with Manhattan Group's aesthetic standards, ensuring a clean, welcoming, and highly photogenic environment.

• Perform functional tests on all appliances, smart locks, and Wi-Fi routers.

Media Creation & Listing Preparation

• Conduct professional interior photoshoots of the fully staged property, utilizing natural light and optimal angles to highlight the unit's best features.

• Edit and retouch photos (color correction, lighting adjustments) to create high-converting visual assets for OTA platforms (Airbnb, Agoda) and social media marketing.

• Complete the final "Unit Readiness Checklist" and hand over the visual assets to the operations and listing team to take the property live.

• Monthly Internship Allowance.

• Mentorship: Work directly with the management team and founders.
