Job Description
- Perform administrative and accounting tasks.
- Basic data entry & records.
- Issue Invoices, Delivery Orders (DO) and manage stock.
- Update accounting system
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Assist in monitoring and coordinating production planning activities
- Process payroll and salary process matter.
- Knowledge of SQL system is an advantage
- Handle additional miscellaneous tasks as required
Job Requirements:
- Highly organized and capable of working autonomously with minimal oversight and exhibiting a strong sense of accountability.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in administrative customer service and accounting positions.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduate
- Candidate should hold at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre U -Diploma Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required.
- Knowledge of computer, SQL accounting software, e-invoicing system.
