• Currently studying Accountancy, Finance or a related field, or a recent graduate looking for a starting point.

• Genuine curiosity: we care more about whether you want to figure things out than about what you already know.

• Care about getting the number right, and the honesty to say when you are not sure.

• Comfortable with computers and tools, and willing to learn new systems.

• KL-based or able to commute to KL.

Finance industry is changing fast, most internship have you filling and keying in data. Ours does not, from week 1 you work on real client numbers, learn part of the finance that matters most, the judgement / gaps that is off before it reaches the client. The full cycle will be exposed to you.

• Work alongside our team on live client reconciliations, schedules and management reports.

• Review and verify work outputs: catch what gets missed before it reaches a client.

• Learn our tools and workflows (Xero and the platforms we use) as working tools, not demos.

• Help maintain data integrity: a wrong category upstream breaks an entire report.

• Exposure to real client work, not administrative tasks
• Hands-on experience with AI-enhanced finance workflows
• One-on-one training and mentorship
