Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Fresh graduates and junior candidates are welcome to apply.

Basic understanding of accounting principles, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoicing, payment records, and reconciliation.

Comfortable communicating in Mandarin and English with suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Pivot Tables are an advantage.

Familiarity with SQL Accounting System or similar accounting software is an added advantage.

Responsible, honest, detail-oriented, careful, and willing to learn.

Able to follow through on tasks, communicate openly, and work with accuracy.

Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions.

Handle invoices, supplier payments, collections, receipts, and payment records.

Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.

Support month-end closing and basic financial reporting.

Prepare monthly stock-take reports.

Maintain proper accounting records, filing, and documentation.

Check accounting documents for accuracy and completeness.

Liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders when needed.

Assist with ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks.
