• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields

• Minimum 3 years of experience in back-office risk control or trade monitoring for equities, futures, FX, CFD, or derivatives

• Experience with exchanges, brokers, or securities firms is highly preferred

• Familiar with one or more trading platforms:

• Equities / Futures: CTP, IB TWS, exchange front-end systems

• FX / CFD: MT4, MT5, cTrader, OneZero, PrimeXM

• Proficient in Excel and reporting tools with basic data analysis skills

• Knowledge of SQL / Python / VBA is an advantage

• Strong analytical and logical thinking with high risk awareness

• Ability to respond quickly under volatile market conditions

• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure

Trade Monitoring & Risk Control 

• Monitor trading activities in real time to identify abnormal transactions and potential risks 

• Execute risk control measures according to internal policies (e.g. position limits, forced liquidation, account restrictions) 

 Client Account Risk Management 

• Review and assess risk levels for new client accounts 

• Monitor ongoing trading behavior and exposure to mitigate operational and market risks 

LP Coordination & Trading Setup Optimization 

• Liaise with Liquidity Providers (LPs) to support trading configuration optimization 

• Participate in risk assessment and testing for new products and instruments before launch 

Data Analysis & Risk Reporting 

• Prepare daily risk control and trading monitoring reports 

• Analyze data to identify risk trends and propose improvement actions
