• 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, hotel operations, property management, or maintenance

• Strong communication and customer service skills, focused on guest satisfaction

• Basic knowledge in repairs: electrical, plumbing, appliances, and general maintenance

• Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, transporting, furniture setup)

• Own transport required and willing to travel to assigned units

• Able to work independently, responsibly, and handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Technical & Maintenance Responsibilities:

• Perform routine servicing and troubleshooting of air-conditioning systems (split units, FCU, basic VRV exposure preferred)

• Conduct preventive maintenance for electrical, plumbing, appliances, and fittings

• Diagnose faults quickly and coordinate external contractors when required

• Maintain proper records of servicing, repairs, and spare parts usage

• Ensure maintenance tools and consumables are well stocked

• Carry out safety checks to ensure units meet hospitality and regulatory standards

• Support emergency repairs to minimise guest disruption

Operations & New Unit Setup

• Oversee day-to-day homestay unit readiness and condition

• Coordinate housekeeping schedules and ensure rooms are guest-ready

• Assist in setting up new units including furniture installation, appliance testing, Wi-Fi routers, smart locks and interior staging

• Liaise with suppliers and vendors for parts, materials, and equipment

• Conduct pre-handover inspections before listing goes live

• Assist operations team in preparing units for marketing and photo shoots

Guest Experience & Satisfaction

• Monitor and improve guest satisfaction throughout their stay

• Respond to guest complaints professionally and resolve promptly

• Gather feedback and propose continuous operational improvements

• Anticipate guest needs and provide hospitality-focused assistance
