We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to support both customer care operations and directly assist the Hiring Manager. This role is ideal for someone with a Personal Assistant background who enjoys multitasking, coordination, and keeping things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries via calls and emails with timely, professional responses

• Provide sales and administrative support (quotations, orders, invoices, documentation)

• Coordinate order processing, delivery status, and customer updates

• Work closely with logistics to ensure on-time delivery

• Assist the Hiring Manager with scheduling, coordination, and day-to-day administrative tasks

• Maintain proper documentation, reports, and records
