Produce content such as Founder IP videos, FELEMENT reels, course videos, product testimonials, course testimonials, product Q&A, and campaign videos.

Turn marketing ideas and content direction into engaging visual storytelling.

Handle editing, subtitles, pacing, basic motion graphics, colour correction, and post-production.

Repurpose long-form content into short clips, highlights, teasers, and reels.

Work closely with marketing, content, and creative teams to deliver videos on time.

Organize video footage, project files, and content assets properly.

Contribute fresh ideas for video hooks, formats, angles, and content improvements.
