Minimum SPM qualification.

1–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsible, well-organized, and able to multitask.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Prepare and print product labels according to customer requirements.

Prepare Delivery Orders (DO), Consignment Notes (CN) and related documents.

Ensure labels and DO information are accurate and completed on time.

Maintain proper filing and documentation of all records.

Assist in other administrative duties assigned by the superior.
