• Passionate about motorcycles and the motorcycle industry.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

• Customer-oriented, confident, and sales-driven personality.

• Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Possess a valid motorcycle license (B2 or B Full preferred).

• Experience in sales, customer service, automotive, or motorcycle industry will be an added advantage.

• Willing to work on Saturdays.

• Assist customers in selecting suitable motorcycles based on their needs and budget.

• Explain motorcycle features, specifications, promotions, and ownership benefits.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure excellent customer experience.

• Assist customers with financing, insurance, registration, and ownership documentation.

• Coordinate motorcycle delivery and handover process.

• Follow up on sales enquiries and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Participate in roadshows, test ride events, and promotional activities.

• Support social media marketing, LIVE sessions, and sales campaigns when required.

• Working hours:
• Monday - Friday (9.00am – 7.00pm)
• Saturday (9.00am – 6.00pm)
• Sunday closed
