Full Time Head Of Document Control Jobs, salary up to MYR 5,000 in China Construction Engineering (S.E.A) Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. Ulu Tiram - Maukerja

1.Familiar with industry document standards, submission and inspection procedures as well as archive management regulations; knowledgeable about the entire process of project completion, acceptance and handover.

2.Liaise with construction teams, supervisors, the Employer and government authorities for document receiving, dispatching, signature collection, inquiry response and supplementary document submission.

3.Able to interpret construction drawings, design changes and visa documents, and match relevant supporting documents accordingly.

4.Proficient in archive management systems, online submission platforms and cloud disk archiving; skilled in scanning, photographing and entering electronic archives.

5.Capable of working efficiently to sort out and supplement documents during tight schedules, final phase rush and rectification periods, and flexibly resolve document-related issues.

2.Comply with the company's document control procedures.

3.Ensure all documents conform to corporate requirements and standards.

4.Be responsible for the overall operation of the document management department.

5.Assist the project manager with other ad-hoc tasks.
