C&S

1.Be proficient in reading C&S drawings, design changes and standard atlases. Master current quality acceptance codes, technical standards and special schemes for building construction, and judge construction compliance against relevant criteria.

2.Grasp acceptance standards for various main civil engineering materials and components, and be familiar with the procedures of witness sampling and inspection submission. Verify quality guarantee documents and test reports, and identify unqualified materials.

3.Maintain a keen eye for dimensional deviations and minor defects to avoid missed inspections and misjudgments, and strictly control the quality of each working procedure.

4.Conduct quality inspections and acceptance in line with construction progress, submit documents and follow up on rectification work on schedule to ensure all milestones are met.

5.Liaise with construction teams, technicians, supervisors and the Employer, clearly communicate rectification requirements and coordinate with all parties for acceptance efficiently.

M&E

1.Inspect the appearance, specifications and quality of incoming materials, components and semi-finished products, verify certificates, test reports and quality guarantee documents, and conduct witness sampling and delivery for inspection in accordance with regulations.

2.Follow the construction of each sub-item project, carry out self-inspection, mutual inspection and handover inspection for every working procedure, and supervise construction strictly in line with drawings, codes, schemes and technical disclosures.

3.Conduct regular site patrols to promptly identify dimensional deviations, non-compliant operations and quality defects. Issue rectification notices, follow up and review rectification progress to achieve closed-loop management.

4.Conduct inspection, record-keeping and image archiving for concealed works. Cooperate with supervisors, the Employer and competent government authorities on acceptance of divisional, sub-divisional works and final project acceptance, and sort out quality acceptance documents in advance.

5.Be familiar with construction codes, standard atlases, design drawings and special construction schemes. Deliver quality disclosures to construction teams and rectify irregular operations.

6.Participate in analysis of quality incidents and defects, assist in formulating disposal plans, supervise rework and repairs, and keep complete records of the whole process.

7.Supervise the protection of completed procedures, finished and semi-finished products on site to prevent collision, contamination and damage.

M&E
