The ideal candidate should possess:
Minimum 4 to 8 years of working experience in property development, real estate, leasing, business development, marketing, operations or other related industries.
possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, Property Development, Business Management, or any related field. Relevant working experience in property development, leasing, business development or commercial operations will be an added advantage.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to understand what attracts buyers, investors, tenants and business partners.
Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with internal departments, external vendors, tenants and stakeholders.
Strong follow-up ability, initiative and ownership mindset.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

You will play a key role in connecting internal teams, external partners, tenants, vendors and management to drive business growth, enhance project value and ensure smooth execution of commercial initiatives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Leasing
Develop and support leasing strategies to attract suitable tenants, brands and business partners. Identify new business opportunities, engage potential tenants or partners, and assist in negotiations to support revenue growth and commercial success.
Commercial Growth & Strategic Initiatives
Support new business ideas, project concepts and growth initiatives that enhance the value, positioning and marketability of the Company’s developments.
Marketing & Branding Alignment
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure project positioning, campaign messages and branding strategies are aligned with market demand, buyer expectations and commercial objectives.
Events, Activations & Business Engagements
Coordinate and oversee events, activations, launches and business engagement activities to strengthen project visibility, brand positioning and commercial impact.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as the key connector between project, marketing, leasing, vendors, tenants and management teams to ensure smooth communication, timely follow-up and effective execution.
