Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (0–2 years experience)

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and trends

  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English

  • Creative, self-motivated, and results-oriented

  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Ads, or video editing tools is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

  • Run and monitor social media campaigns and paid ads

  • Generate and follow up on sales leads via online and offline channels

  • Respond to customer enquiries and convert them into subscribers

  • Track marketing performance and prepare basic reports

  • Collaborate with the team on promotions and product launches
