Summary
Responsible for managing end-to-end government tender processes at Bateriku, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely submissions while coordinating with internal teams and government agencies.
Job Descriptions
- Monitor and identify government tender opportunities through relevant procurement portals, agencies, and ministries.
- Review tender documents, specifications, and requirements to determine eligibility and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather technical, financial, and operational information required for tender submissions.
- Prepare, compile, and submit complete tender proposals within stipulated deadlines.
- Ensure all tender documentation complies with government regulations, procurement policies, and company standards.
- Maintain an organized database of tender opportunities, submissions, results, and supporting documents .
- Liaise with government agencies and procurement officers regarding clarifications, presentations, and tender evaluations.
- Track tender outcomes and prepare post-submission reports for management review.
- Support contract documentation, award acceptance, and project handover processes.
- Monitor changes in government procurement policies and advise management on potential impacts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Public Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in government tender management, procurement, or bid administration.
- Experience dealing with government agencies, ministries, GLCs, or statutory bodies is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with ePerolehan, MyProcurement, and other government procurement platforms.
- Knowledge of tender documentation, proposal writing, and contract administration.
- Strong understanding of government procurement procedures and compliance requirements.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to prepare tender submissions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
