Multiple Locations:Tebrau (Johor), Taman Ungku Tun Aminah (Johor), Kepong (KL), Puchong (Selangor), Kota Damansara (Selangor)

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; higher qualifications are an added advantage.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with retail, sales, or customer service experience will have an added advantage.

• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and strong service mindset.

• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

• Willing to work in a retail showroom environment, including weekends and public holidays.

• Basic computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office applications, are preferred.

• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to serve customers from different backgrounds.

• Candidates with an interest or knowledge in tiles, building materials, or interior design will have an added advantage.

• Sales-driven and able to achieve individual and showroom sales targets.

• Attend to walk-in customers and provide professional product recommendations

• Understand customers' requirements and propose suitable tile and building material solutions

• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and follow up on customer enquiries

• Assist customers with product selection, specifications, and pricing information

• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets
