Kelayakan

  • Malaysian citizen or hold relevant residence status.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree holder with at least one (1) year working experience.

We are hiring a Business Officer (TBO) to drive the growth and adoption of the taxPOD Tax Education Platform, a dynamic solution designed for business users seeking smarter tax knowledge and compliance support.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, results-driven individual to play a key role in expanding our client base and strengthening market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients, including individuals, SMEs, and corporations, through cold calls, networking, digital outreach, and other business development channels

  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and identify new business opportunities

  • Generate and manage a strong pipeline of prospective customers

  • Promote and sell taxPOD’s platform and related tax services to both new and existing clients

  • Upsell value-added services such as tax planning, business tax advisory, and audit support based on client requirements

  • Build long-term client relationships to encourage retention and repeat business
