Step into the world of luxury hospitality as a VVIP Customer Service Executive supporting guests of a 5-star hotel environment ! You will be responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized service to high-value and VVIP guests, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, discretion, and world-class hospitality standards.

This role is strictly open to candidates with prior experience in customer service or front desk operations, preferably within hotels or premium service environments.

Location: Ampang Park
Working Hours: 5 days per week, 9 hours per day (shift-based, including weekends & public holidays)

Job Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Mandarin
• Minimum SPM qualification or above
• Prior experience in customer service, front desk, or hotel operations is required
• Professional demeanor with strong customer service etiquette
• Ability to handle VVIP guests with discretion, patience, and emotional intelligence
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle escalations calmly
• Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy in handling guest requests

Tanggungjawab

• Provide personalized service to VVIP and high-profile hotel guests
• Handle guest enquiries, reservations, special requests, complaints, and feedback
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experience
• Manage room bookings, modifications, cancellations, and upgrades
• Resolve guest issues promptly with a high standard of professionalism
• Ensure guest privacy, confidentiality, and service excellence at all times
• Accurately document all guest interactions and case handling
• Maintain service standards aligned with 5-star hospitality expectations
