Requirements

• Candidate must process at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any equivalent professional qualification.

• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in financial reporting, experience in audit and listed company will be added advantage.

• Proficient with MS Office, knowledge in accounting system will be added advantage.

• Proactive, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accuracy of financial records by preparing and posting accounting entries, GLs and cost centres in accordance with company procedures.

• Support monthly and yearly closing activities, including preparation of schedules, reconciliations and supporting documents in a timely manner.

• Prepare financial reports, ensuring completeness and compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal requirements.

• Assist in process improvements and system enhancements, providing feedback and supporting implementation efforts to improve efficiency.

• Work collaboratively with team members, ensuring daily tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines, while escalating issues when necessary.

• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and internal departments on financial and reporting matters, ensuring proper follow-up and documentation.

• Perform any other duties assigned, contributing to the overall effectiveness and reliability of the finance function
