Penerangan Kerja

Kelayakan

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional

qualification.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in accounting, preferably with exposure

to cross-border entities (Singapore & Malaysia).

  • Willing to Hands-on for financial operation transactions

  • Good analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems (Oracle experience is an

advantage).

  • Good communication skills in English (Chinese/Cantonese is a plus).

Tanggungjawab

. Financial & Management Reporting

a. Prepare monthly management accounting reports for Singapore entity and

support reporting for Malaysia.

b. Insert management reporting figures into Group consolidation templates

accurately and in a timely manner.Prepare monthly cashflow reports and

ensure proper cash planning and reporting.

c. Support ad-hoc financial analysis, reporting, and group reporting

requirements as requested by HQ.

d. Support month-end closing activities and balance sheet reconciliations 2. Accounts Receivable & Account Payable

a. Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoice issuance, posting of

receipts and monitoring collection.

b. Review on customer statements and reminder letters for overdue balances.

c. Monitor Accounts Payable (AP), including supplier invoice posting, payment

tracking, and reconciliation.

d. Liaise with internal teams and external parties to resolve any AR/AP related

issues.

e. Ensure accurate and timely recording of all AR and AP transactions in the

system.

3. Operational & Sales Support

a. Prepare commercial performance report to support business operations.

b. Support the sales and operational teams on finance-related matters to ensure

accurate data flow and proper documentation.

4. Other financial support

a. Ensure compliance with internal controls and company accounting policies.

b. Participate in process improvement initiatives and system enhancement

projects.

c. Perform other related tasks as assigned by Finance Manager or management.
