Kelayakan

Requirements:

  • Min SPM/Diploma; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Willing to learn and take on multiple roles.

  • Able to communicate in Chinese is an advantage.

Tanggungjawab

Responsibilities:

Sales Support / Administration

  • Prepare sales quotations and assist in project delivery coordination.

  • Handle customer inquiries and follow up when required.

  • Assist in general administrative work, including basic document filing and record keeping.

Purchasing / Store Support

  • Assist in Purchase Order preparation and supplier follow-up.

  • Coordinate with suppliers on material availability and delivery status.

  • Assist in basic store control, stock checking and inventory record updates when required.
