-Read and interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and 3D CAD models.
-Determine tooling, cutting paths, feeds, and speeds based on material and part geometry.
-Build cross-functional teams for quality initiatives and corrective actions.
-Monitor machine operations to ensure parts are produced within required tolerances and quality standards
-Identify and solve problems swiftly, driving continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes.
-Maintain detailed records and seek opportunities to enhance machine efficiency and productivity.
-Provide technical and quality support in customer-facing discussions, enhancing our client's reputation
-Support Manufacturing Department in troubleshooting issues during manufacturing process and improve CNC programs when needed.
