Kelayakan

Education

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related fields.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Human Resource or Recruitment.

  • Experience in mass hiring is an advantage.

  • Experience in recruitment for Sales, Customer Service, Live Host, Content Creator or Operations roles is preferred.

Skills Required

  • Strong recruitment and interviewing skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Google Workspace.

  • Able to prepare HR reports and recruitment reports.

  • Familiar with Malaysian Employment Act and basic HR practices.

Tanggungjawab

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process.

  • Create and publish job advertisements.

  • Source candidates through various recruitment channels.

  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

  • Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments.

  • Coordinate interview sessions with management.

  • Manage onboarding process for new hires.

  • Ensure vacant positions are filled within target timelines.

Employee Administration

  • Manage employee personal files and documentation.

  • Prepare employment letters, warning letters, confirmation letters and other HR documents.

  • Maintain employee records and databases.

  • Monitor attendance, leave and staff records.

Performance & Employee Management

  • Assist in monitoring employee KPIs and performance.

  • Follow up with department leaders regarding staff performance.

  • Support probation evaluations and employee confirmations.

  • Assist management in handling disciplinary matters when required.

HR Operations

  • Support payroll preparation and verification.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Maintain HR reports and recruitment reports.

  • Assist in developing HR systems and processes.

Culture & Employee Engagement

  • Promote a positive working culture.

  • Support employee engagement initiatives.

  • Assist in organizing company training and development activities.
