Bachelor or Masters Degree in a related field and 10 years of experience in manufacturing sales or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent Analytical Skills with an ability to utilize MS Office Tools
In-depth understanding of competitors
Technical expertise in valves
Leadership and negotiation prowess
Excellent ability to identify key stakeholders and decision-makers
Experience in navigating complex business scenarios
Willingness to travel extensively in the ASP region (Asia South Pacific) (30% travel required)
Tanggungjawab
Develop and manage annual regional business plans, including quantitative and qualitative targets, aligned with countries sales strategy; ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
Act as a pioneer for untapped and emerging markets, setting a strong example for the regional sales organization through proactive exploration, strategic foresight, and hands-on leadership.
Conduct in-depth market research to assess product perception, pricing competitiveness, and service quality; recommend new market entries, product adaptations, or customer segments.
Track and analyze regional sales KPIs, working closely with sales teams and Business Units to ensure performance targets are met.
Conduct pricing analyses and implement pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness and profitability.
