Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–3 years in customer service, preferably within Fintech, Banking, or a Brokerage environment.

  • Market Literacy: A solid understanding of the Fintech industry, including an enterprise-level grasp of margin trading and market liquidity.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in multiple languages is highly regarded given our global footprint. Preferable able to speak, read and write Mandarin

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to dissect complex trade logs and explain technical outcomes to clients in a simplified manner.

  • Resilience: Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanour during periods of high market volatility.

Technical Competencies

  • Familiarity with MetaTrader 4 (MT4)orMetaTrader 5 (MT5).

  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).

  • Understanding of 2FA security protocols and digital payment gateways.

  1. CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score): Ensuring high-quality resolutions.

  2. Accuracy Rate: Zero-tolerance for errors in regulatory guidance or financial processing info.

  3. Issue Resolution Rate: Effective closing of technical tickets without secondary escalation.

Tanggungjawab

Key Responsibilities

  • Trade & Platform Support: Assist clients with real-time inquiries regarding trade executions, spreads, margin calls, and leverage settings across various asset classes (FX, Commodities, Indices, and Crypto).

  • Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve platform-related issues across desktop, web, and mobile interfaces, including connectivity problems and MT4/MT5 terminal configurations.

  • Financial Operations Support: Handle queries related to deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers, ensuring clear communication regarding processing times and bank requirements.

  • Education: Empower clients by explaining platform features, order types and the mechanics without providing financial advice.
