Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field or Certification in payroll (e.g., Certified Payroll Professional - CPP).
Minimum of 2 years of payroll experience.
Proficient in using the SunFish HRIS system for payroll processing or familiarity with other HRIS systems and payroll software.
Experience in the facilities management or service industry.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian payroll regulations and statutory requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Tanggungjawab
A.Payroll Processing:
Manage end-to-end payroll operations using the SunFish HRIS system for all employees.
Ensure accurate calculation of wages, deductions, bonuses, and benefits.
Oversee monthly payroll cycles, including off-cycle payments and adjustments and to ensure all payment (ad hoc, backpay & end month) to pay accordingly.
B. Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Tax, HRDF).
Prepare and process the statutory payment on the or before 15th every month.
Prepare and submit statutory reports and filings in a timely manner.
Ensure to distribute EA form to all employees.
Prepare and submit E form for the 3 company on year end.
Prepare and submit Director confirmation form for the 3 company to Finance after external audit.
Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Prepare monthly report for HR such as data consolidation, FTE, payroll review report,
HR weekly report and other ad hoc reports.
Prepare monthly report for Finance such as employee detail, payroll summary, deduction, shared cost, payroll complete report and payroll journal (end month journal and bill back journal). The actual payroll journal needs to import to Dynamic 365 before finance end month closing.
C. Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of payroll specialists.
Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and provide training as needed.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
D. System Management:
Serve as the subject matter expert for the SunFish HRIS system.
Collaborate with IT and HRIS teams to implement system enhancements and troubleshoot issues.
Ensure system configurations align with organizational policies and legal requirements.
E. Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with HR, Finance, and Operations departments to align payroll processes with organizational goals.
Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees and management.
