- Attend to incoming sales inquiries promptly via email, phone, and WhatsApp
- Prepare and issue sales quotations accurately based on customer requirements and internal price lists
- Follow up on outstanding quotations and maintain a live quotation tracker
- Coordinate with the production and planning team on lead times and stock availability
- Process confirmed sales orders and liaise with the operations team for order fulfillment
- Maintain and update customer records in the company ERP system
- Assist in preparing delivery orders, invoices, and related sales documentation
- Support the preparation of export documentation for overseas shipments when required
- Handle basic customer inquiries on product specifications, dimensions, and finishes — escalating technical queries to the engineering team
- Assist in maintaining organised filing of quotations, purchase orders, and correspondence
