Tanggungjawab
Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and sales targets.
Execute sales plans, including market penetration, territory management, and customer acquisition.
Identify and engage with potential clients and key customers within the designated region.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through effective communication and client-centric solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and pitches to clients.
Negotiate sales contracts, terms, and pricing agreements.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the region.
Gather insights to adapt sales strategies and tactics.
Monitor personal sales performance and track progress toward targets.
Prepare regular sales reports and analyses to assess individual performance and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value to clients.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment with company goals.
