We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Assistant to support our finance and admin team. You will start with focused, hands-on accounting and admin tasks (sales records, month-end accounting entries, etc.) — and take on more (payroll support, reporting) as you settle in. This is a good fit for someone who wants real, practical accounting experience and is not afraid of mundane detail work.

  • Fresh graduates welcome.

  • Candidates with an Accounting, Finance, or related background are highly encouraged.

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Excel (basic formulas) and Google Workspace.

  • Familiarity with AutoCount, Codemax, and Omnihub is a plus, not required — training provided.

  • Comfortable with repetitive, detail-heavy work; double-checks own work before submitting.

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow through on tasks without constant follow-up.

Tanggungjawab

  • Handle daily accounting and administrative tasks.

  • Maintain accurate accounting records, sales receipts, and supporting documents.

  • Assist with bank reconciliations, staff claims, and month-end accounting entries.

  • Assist with payroll preparation, attendance verification, and employee record maintenance.

  • Help prepare and organize financial, operational, and management reports.

  • Help monitor inventory and stock-related reports.

  • Help coordinate with outlet and operations teams to ensure accurate reporting and documentation.

  • Assist in improving administrative processes and maintaining proper records.

  • Perform ad hoc duties and special assignments as assigned by Management and Directors.
