Since our establishment, we have expanded across Klang Valley and beyond, focusing on reliable connectivity, strong customer experience, and continuous network innovation.

Job Requirements:

• Minimal SPM/Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.

• Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

• Proven sales experience, preferably in telecommunications, internet services, or related industry.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

• Basic knowledge of internet services, broadband, and network packages (training will be provided).

• Possess own transport is an advantage.

• Actively promote and sell internet service packages to new and existing customers.

• Identify and approach potential customers through calls, walk-ins, referrals, roadshows, and events.

• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable internet solutions and upgrades.

• Prepare and present sales proposals and product presentations professionally.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems accordingly.

• Work closely with the Marketing and Customer Service teams to ensure excellent customer experience.

• Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and community events to generate sales leads.

• Provide market feedback, competitor updates, and customer insights to management.
