Candidate with 1 to 2 years work experience in kitchen or cabinetry design / interior design / loose furniture will be an added advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
Product knowledge for cabinetry products, home living furniture, interior design for home renovation is a plus point.
PC literate and familiar with design software e.g., AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
Sales driven, pleasant personality and can-do attitude.
Proficient in Mandarin/Cantonese (compulsory), English and Bahasa Malaysia
Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields (i.e. Dental Clinic, Telemarketing, Billing, Customer Liaison etc) is an added advantage but not essential
Possess good telephone etiquette.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Expected to promote the products and provide good customer service at company’s corporate store.
Expected to assist and support all sales, marketing and promotional activities & other activities that will help to promote sales & the company’s image and brand.
To provide advice and after-sales service to customers.
Assist in general operational functions and ad-hoc assignments.
