Penerangan Kerja

Kelayakan

  • Diploma/ Degree in any Purchasing/Supply Chain/Operation Management/Logistic or any related courses.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Good working attitude and willing to learn

Tanggungjawab

  • ECO submission to enable items in Oracle, supply chain setup, item attribute setup & SR setup.

  • Request for Quotation and price bench marking.

  • Price negotiation & participate/initiate cost saving activities.

  • PR/PO management ensure PR converted to PO on time and send to supplier.

  • Working with warehouse to resolve in box variance, PO problem, non-nett aging inventory.

  • Resolve quality issue: working with Material Engineer, warehouse, Business Unit.

  • Resolves with suppliers, problems associated with over-shipments, shortages and is responsible for the disposal of obsolete or excess materials.

  • Working on weekly pull list and outgoing shipment issue. Follow up and expedite shipment.

  • Builds a mutually beneficial relationship with vendors in accordance with the company procurement practices.
