Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Good working attitude and willing to learn

ECO submission to enable items in Oracle, supply chain setup, item attribute setup & SR setup.

Request for Quotation and price bench marking.

Price negotiation & participate/initiate cost saving activities.

PR/PO management ensure PR converted to PO on time and send to supplier.

Working with warehouse to resolve in box variance, PO problem, non-nett aging inventory.

Resolve quality issue: working with Material Engineer, warehouse, Business Unit.

Resolves with suppliers, problems associated with over-shipments, shortages and is responsible for the disposal of obsolete or excess materials.

Working on weekly pull list and outgoing shipment issue. Follow up and expedite shipment.

Builds a mutually beneficial relationship with vendors in accordance with the company procurement practices.
