• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or spare parts management.

• Experience in supervising warehouse personnel and coordinating daily warehouse activities.

• Strong knowledge of inventory control principles, stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and inventory auditing.

• Proficient in SQL-based inventory systems or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

• Good understanding of warehouse operations, material handling, and inventory best practices.

• Knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001), quality management systems, and audit processes is an advantage.

• Familiarity with SOP development, document control, corrective actions, and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel for inventory analysis and reporting.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments, suppliers, and customers.

• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently as well as leading a team.

• Monitor and maintain optimal spare parts inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted operations and prevent stock shortages.

• Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and annual inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy.

• Investigate, analyze, and resolve stock discrepancies, inventory variances, and reconciliation issues.

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and issuing of spare parts.

• Ensure proper warehouse organization, housekeeping, and compliance with safety standards.

• Monitor warehouse performance and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and productivity.

• Plan, assign, and supervise daily tasks to warehouse personnel, ensuring work is completed accurately and on schedule.

• Maintain accurate inventory transactions and records in the SQL inventory management system.

• Manage stock movements, including stock receipts, issues, adjustments, and inter-branch or inter-location transfers.

• Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports, including stock movement, inventory status, aging analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Coordinate with the Purchasing, Technical Department, suppliers, and technicians to ensure timely availability of spare parts.

• Follow up on urgent purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier schedules to support operational requirements.

• Implement inventory control measures to minimize stock losses, damages, obsolescence, and theft.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory control procedures, and warehouse best practices.

• Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO quality management systems, including participation in internal and external audits.

• Assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of SOPs, document control, corrective actions, and process improvement initiatives.
