Kelayakan

  • 2 – 5 years’ experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or procurement-related roles.
  • Diploma or above in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiar with inventory allocation, demand forecasting, and inventory control.
  • Good analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of setting up and using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, with good communication skills.
  • Willing to travel when required.
  • Knowledge import & export procedures and handling of related permits/licenses is an advantage.

Tanggungjawab

  • Plan and manage overall supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory planning, and import/export coordination.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize inventory levels to ensure stock availability and minimize overstock/shortages.
  • Execute strategic stock allocation planning across B2C and B2B channels based on sales trends and operational priorities.
  • Analyze sales, procurement, inventory movement, and operational trends to support business planning.
  • Identify inventory risks and propose improvement solutions.
  • Work closely with sales, procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
  • Maintain and optimize inventory management systems and operational workflows.
  • Support on supply chain process and system improvements.
