About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support our talent acquisition team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for recruitment and sourcing. The initial contract is for 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance. This is a work-from-office role, with potential for a hybrid work arrangement depending on performance and business needs.
Employment Type: Full-Time (6-Month renewable Contract)
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday
Compensation: Salary range: RM 2,000 – RM 5,000 per month
Language Requirement (Mandatory):
Native-level proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin
Good command of English

Requirements:
Exposure to or experience in end-to-end recruitment/sourcing
1+ years of experience in Sourcing (Mandatory)
Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
Familiarity with various job portals and social media recruitment strategies
Key Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage recruitment timelines effectively
Strong organizational and coordination skills

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals (LinkedIn, AJobThing, Indeed, JobStreet, MyFutureJobs), referral programs, social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook), and campus recruitment initiatives
Conduct headhunting and direct sourcing to identify suitable candidates
Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain effective communication with candidates and hiring managers
Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth candidate experience
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers
