Kerja Sepenuh Masa Technical Support Engineer, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di SEP Electric (M) Selangor - Maukerja

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.

Fresh graduates or candidates with less than one year of working experience are encouraged to apply.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Self-motivated proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Proficient in both English and Malay; proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage.

Provide technical and sales support to both indoor and outdoor sales teams.

Review customer enquiries, tenders and specifications to provide an appropriate advice and correct products.

Prepare proposal with detailed and accurate costing, and technical compliance.

Manage product warranty related matters.

Ensure purchase orders from the customer and to the supplier precisely match project specifications.

Act as a liaison between customers and suppliers to ensure effective communication and smooth coordination.

Maintain accurate documentation and proper record management.

Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time
