Requirements:

• 3-5 years of Operations / Business Support in Insurance/Financial Advisory industry.

• Organised, and able to manage multiple cases.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong attention to detail and able to work independently.

• Willing to travel to Singapore for quarterly meetings and training.

• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin to support business communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit new business applications(life insurance, ILP, investments).

• Follow up on underwriting requirements and outstanding documents.

• Liaise with insurers/platform providers on case status.

• Support policy servicing requests (updates, fund switches, amendments).

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

• Track case pipeline and update advisors.

• Assist with internal reports and seminar back-end coordination.
