Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree. Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.

Required skills: 3D Studio Max, Sketch Up, AutoCAD, Adobe Suites, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office.

Minimum one (1) year of related working experience.

Familiar with built-ins details, architecture, M&E and specification for renovation/construction projects.

Multi-lingual, hardworking, good initiative and positive attitudes.

Ability to work in team, self-starter, able to work independently under minimum supervision and meet tight deadlines.

The incumbent makes retail and office interior spaces functional, safe, and beautiful by determining space requirements and selecting decorative items, such as colors, lighting, and materials.

The incumbent reads blueprints and must be aware of building codes and inspection regulations.

Work closely with contractors and Operation Managers on producing designs, plans, and drawings for new and existing retail outlets’ renovation and fixture installation, including electrical layouts.

Responsible for costing and budgeting, specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.

Prepare final plans, using computer applications, create a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project costs.

Work together with purchasing personnel on placing orders for materials and oversee installing the design elements.
