Kelayakan

1. Education

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field

  • Equivalent experience in B2B industrial sales accepted

2. Experience

  • Minimum 3–7 years in B2B sales / key account acquisition role

  • Strong advantage: experience in food industry, hygiene chemicals, cleaning solutions, F&B supply chain, or industrial consumables

  • Proven track record in hunter-type sales (new account acquisition)

3. Technical & Functional Skills

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills for high-value accounts

4. Personal Attributes

  • Strong hunter mentality (self-driven, aggressive in prospecting)

  • High resilience in handling rejection and long sales cycles

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Strategic thinking with execution discipline

5. Other Requirements

  • Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and site engagement

  • Comfortable working in factory, kitchen, and industrial environments

  • Ability to handle multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles

Tanggungjawab

Job Summary

To aggressively identify, pursue, and acquire new key accounts within the commercial kitchen hygiene and food industry segments, driving new business growth through solution-based selling, strategic penetration, and long-term account development. 

 

1. New Key Account Acquisition (Core Focus) 

  • Identify and target high-potential accounts in food processing plants, central kitchens, QSR chains, catering, and institutional food service sectors  

  • Develop and execute structured account penetration plans for assigned territories/segments  

  • Conduct cold outreach, site visits, and stakeholder mapping to open new business opportunities  

  • Convert prospects into long-term strategic accounts through solution selling  

2. Solution Selling & Value Proposition 

  • Position hygiene and cleaning solutions (chemicals, sanitizers, cleaning systems) based on customer operational pain points  

  • Conduct on-site assessments of kitchen hygiene processes and propose improvement solutions  

  • Deliver product trials, demos, and technical presentations with measurable ROI/value impact  

3. Key Account Development (Post-Acquisition Transition) 

  • Establish strong relationships with decision-makers (QA/QC, procurement, operations, plant managers, chefs, facility managers)  

  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts and initial order fulfillment  

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure service delivery and product performance  

4. Pipeline & Sales Management 

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline of prospective key accounts  

  • Maintain and update sales reporting including customer visit report 

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual new account acquisition targets  

5. Market Intelligence & Competitor Tracking 

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and product positioning  

  • Provide feedback to marketing/product development for product improvement and positioning  

6. Cross-functional Collaboration 

  • Work with product team to support trials and implementation  

  • Collaborate with marketing for lead generation
