Tanggungjawab
- Liaise with the relevant authorities in relation to permits, insurance, licenses, etc for operations, property maintenance, security and safety.
- Preparation of weekly/monthly report.
- Attending to complaints and coordination of rectification works.
- Coordinate and arrange monthly council meetings, AGM, EGM and prepare Minutes of Committee Meeting.
- Administration, marketing, asset management, insurance management (in liaison with the owner).
- Ensure healthy collection for monthly service charges, sinking fund, etc.
- Ensure adherence to renovation and fit-out guides.
- Ensure prompt payment of assessment, quit rent, licenses to avoid penalty.
- Ensure that the properties are insured accordingly and on time.
- Taking charge of upgrading, repainting of building.
- Liaising with consultants, solicitors, local councils, Ministry of Housing, Lembaga Perumahan and other Govt authorities.
- Monitoring collections and to discuss with the committee on the various actions to be taken against defaulters.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
