Guide junior team members to execute marketing campaign following brand and management directions, instilling excellence in their quality of work.  

Execute national marketing campaigns and A & P Calendar including ATL and BTL programs.

Manage and coordinates with outlets operations closely on formulating sales support focused promotions and programs to cultivate upsell and cross sell of products and geographic centric Local Store Marketing (LSM) initiatives.

Assist in preparing detailed reports on the progress and results of marketing campaigns.

Assist in sales/promotion/briefing/ of new sales promotions/ campaign or product launches to the Operations Team and ensure effective and timely activities roll out and motivate participation from the outlets for promotions and campaigns results.

Actively follow through, track, monitor, and analyze all sales and promotions executions against sales objectives and evaluate ROI for marketing activities.

Provide assistance in supporting sales and marketing, corporate sales, business developments events and initiatives of the company.

Manage, monitor and initiate creative/ effective POSMs/ in-store promotional materials and recommendation of effective display ideas.

To perform any other duties as may be designed from time to time.

Ensure the confidentiality of all Company matters.
